All ticket sales are final. Because event tickets reserve a space at the event and cannot be returned once purchased, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
Incorrect Ticket Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the wrong ticket type or registration option, please contact us as soon as possible via the form on this page. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis and may be able to adjust your registration before the event.
Event Changes or Cancellation
In the event that the event is canceled by the organizer, registered attendees will be notified regarding available options, which may include a refund, credit, or transfer to a future event.
If the event is rescheduled, your ticket may remain valid for the new event date. Additional details will be provided if applicable.
Non-Attendance
Refunds will not be issued for failure to attend the event, scheduling conflicts, travel disruptions, weather conditions, or other personal circumstances that prevent attendance.
